We have now used this truck 3 times in less than a year! It is so flavorful and delicious! Absolutely amazing deal and my guests have never left unhappy!!!

Huge portions, cheap prices, incredible flavor. If you happen to see this food truck around Seattle, its a must have! Looking forward to my next meal from the Mobile Mayan.

They don't skimp with the meat here which I like.  My favorite item is the Carnitas Mulitas.  The 3 for $5 taco is a great deal.  The tortas are great too.  They get the bread from a bakery which makes it 10 times better than store bought.

I will DEFINITELY be back to Mayas. I live not too far and it's one of the best Mexican meals I've had while living in Seattle. If you live in the area, I'd highly recommend giving it a try!
